We offer FREE Worldwide Shipping on Jewellery, Cushions and on selected Stationery. Please see the particular items for specific shipping fees.
All orders will take approximately 1-3 business days to dispatch.
All orders are shipped via Standard or Registered Postal Service. Unfortunately, it is not possible to make any amendments to your order once your order has been placed.
La Bella Vita is not responsible for any items that are lost via the standard postal service. If you are concerned about using standard post please opt for the registered traceable postage option. By placing your order you are agreeing to these terms & conditions.
Please be aware that customers are responsible for all custom & duty charges.
We hope your package arrives as quickly as possible, but please be aware that international orders can take up to 1-2 weeks to arrive after dispatch and can take up to 4-6 weeks due to customs. If you have opted for registered post your local postal services will also use the tracking number. Some postal services may be slow in updating systems with international tracking numbers. This is out of our control. If you have not received it after 4 weeks please let us know and we will follow it up on your behalf.
Returns Policy
We hope you will be completely satisfied with your La Bella Vita product, however if this is not the case and you wish to return an item to us, we aim to make it as quick and convenient as possible.
All Irish La Bella Vita customers are protected by a 14-day money back guarantee and international La Bella Vita customers are protected by a 28-day money back guarantee. In accordance with the distance selling regulations, both are guaranteed a full refund if the item is returned following the correct instructions.
All items must be returned unworn, repacked in their original packaging with all labels/tags attached.
Under the EU Distance Selling Regulations you are allowed to examine the products as you would in a shop, for example you can take a necklace out of a pouch and examine it, and you can try it on, however we ask that you do not wear it for more than the time needed to try it on (5-10 minutes).
All items properly returned under this policy are eligible for a refund. The full purchase price (original shipping fee excluded) will be credited when we have received and processed your return and it passes inspection.
Steps to Return an Item:
If you wish to return any of your pieces, please email us with your name, address, order number and reason for return/exchange to hello@labellavita.ie within the allocated time. Once we receive your return request, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and instructions to return the item. We will send you the correct address to return the goods. Please note this may not be the same address from which the goods were sent.
Please note goods are to be returned at the customer’s expense.
You must use a reputable delivery service that can provide evidence that they have delivered the goods back to us. We advise that you post your parcel from your local post office and that you request a free certificate of postage. This will ensure you have proof of postage in the unlikely event that your parcel is lost en route back to us. Goods should be returned via a traceable service to reach us on or before the return date (it is advisable to make a note of any tracking numbers or proof of postage in case they are required).
Please ensure that goods are returned in their original packaging (including bag and envelope) to ensure that no damage is caused in transit. We will not be responsible for such any such damage.
Please be aware that return postage fees will not be deducted from your refund, unless the reason for the return of an item/s are due to an error on our part (faulty or incorrect item received). For cases whereby a customer places an order for one item, and needs to return it due to an error on our part then we will also refund original shipping costs.
Assuming that our return’s policy has been adhered to, returned goods will be credited within 30 days of our receiving them.
Exchanges and Returns are only valid within 14 days of receipt.
Unfortunately we cannot offer exchange or returns on Earrings or Sale/Clearance items.
Damaged/Incorrect Items:
Each and every item is Quality Checked before dispatching from our warehouse.
In the unlikely event that you do receive an item that has been damaged before transit or is incorrect, please email us within 48 hours of receipt detailing your order number, a description and photo of the damage or incorrect item(s) to hello@labellavita.ie.
After 48 hours, your item will fall within the 14-day returns policy described above.
Damaged/Incorrect items must be returned unworn, repacked in the original packaging.
Once we receive your return/exchange request we will agree an exchange or credit and provide an Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and instructions to return the item.
Assuming that our return’s policy has been adhered to, returned goods will be credited within 30 day of our receiving them.
If the product is returned because it is defective or not the one you ordered, we will issue a full refund including the delivery charge, after our inspection has taken place.
Please allow up to 2 weeks for refunds to be processed and refunded to your card.
